it just means how going back to the original idea of the song; theres some people that take risks in life & demand attention- do what they want. then theres others who stand by the walls & dont do anything they want cuz they're scared. so britney spears is obviously someone whos intimidating- the guys who will take risks & aren't afraid can hang out with her but the ones thalyrics britney spears circust are scared won't approach her in fear of rejection
It means that there are only two types of men out there. The first type are the men who are bad enough or dirty enough for her to hang out on pubs, bars, or even to have dirty sex with.
The second type are the men who love her music and could only go as that far: loving her and her music. Men who would always say: "I love you Britney!!!" with no "Please be mine!" or "have sex with me!"

thats an easy one...... she's rich and famous, obviously there are men that would be intimidated by her success and fame.... this would limit boyfriend opportunities
