I see them all over and I've seen one of them in particular that's been around for at least a couple months.
One of them sells Dreamweaver CS4 for $35, but these places don't send you a hard license or anything, but that doesn't mean the license key they send you isn't good, it could simply be a volume license.

They're not legit. Usually all they sell you is a copy of the install media - no license key. They claim they're legal because they're only selling replacement media, but they shut down quickly and move on to avoid criminal creal cheap software downloadharges.

You might as well just pirate things like that. Is this site even legal?
You know, the Adobe TOS covers sharing. Meaning, it's allowed to share your -purchased- Adobe products with others. They probably bought it, and are trying to make a profit out of it.
