bluetooth setup wizardHow do I connect my Bluetooth Jabra Halo Headset to my laptop?

I bought some bluetooth wireless heatsets named Jabra Halo. I have bluetooth embedded on my laptop but idk how to connect it to my laptop. I have a Gateway laptop Model M-285-E. Its a tablet Laptop. Also Its windows service pack 3. Its Windows XP. I cant tell if its enabled. But I have used Fn F6 many times (the way to activate Bluetooth) I just cant tell if its on or not. These are the steps I do and the message I receive.

Start-> Control Panel -> *click* Bluetooth Configuration (only bluetooth icon I can see on control pabluetooth setup wizardnel). [Message says Please Verify that your bluetooth device is properly connected]

others step are:
Start-> All programs -> My Bluetooth places (I've tried all the settings on the side which include:

Bluetooth Setup Wizard. [I get a message saying No device is found I need to plug it in].

View My Bluetooth Service. [Message says No device detected]

View Devices in Range. [Message says No Device Detected]

View Or Modify Configuration. [Message says Please Verify that your bluetooth device is properly cobluetooth setup wizardnnected {My Device cant be connected unless its with the charging cable and I've tried that}].
Hey friend their might be a problem of Driver.
go to the below website and download the Bluetooth drivers even if you have installed it reinstall again.




OR

Their might be a button on your laptop usually beside the power button or beside the WiFi button you have to on that button
And also try on the WiFi button on and then try out connection your Bluetooth headset
