Here are two ways to do this. No, it does not matter whether you have the "Windows 7 OEM version". The only difference is that Microsoft will not provide technical support for OEM versions, because your computer's manufacturer has taken responsibility for that.

?????????????????
Without the Windows Instillation Disk:
?????????????????
This is possible because of "Windows 7 System Reserved Partition", which is a 100MB NTFS partition created while installing Windows 7. It holds the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) and boot files with boot manager, and it's used for BitLowindows 7 oem system buildercker encryption. This is used to boot the computer whenever it has boot problems and you don't have the Windows 7 installation DVD disc.

(1) As the computer restarts, hit the F8 key when you hear the beep sound (POST). You'll see the manufacturer's logo at the same time.
(2) On the "Advanced Boot Options" screen, select "Repair Your Computer" ? hit the Enter key.
(3) Select your keyboard language preferences and click on "Next>".
(4) Select your user name and type in the password (if you have one for your account), and then click on OK. If you don't have a password for your account, leave the password box blank.
(3) In the "System Recovery Options" window, click "Startup Repair".

With the Windows Instillation Disk:
????????????????
windows 7 oem system builder(1) Insert your Windows Instillation Disk into your optical drive.
(2) Enter BIOS and set your optical drive as your first boot option and your HDD as your second.
(3) When the computer restarts, hit any keys on your keyboard when it asks you "Press any key if you want to boot from a CD or DVD...".
(4) Select your language preferences and click on "Next>".
(5) Click on "Repair your computer" on the bottom-left of window.
(6) Select "Windows 7" and click "Next>".
(7) In the "System Recovery Options" window, click "Startup Repair".
(8) Startup Repair will now scan your computer to attempt to find and fix any startup problems.
