I can't say 100% that this site is totally legal. However, they haven't shut it down and I haven't heard anyone threatening to sue people who use it. You can download tons of songs for free to your computer. I don't know much about Ipod but I think you could d/l the songs to your PC or Mac and then upload them to your Ipod.

You can't download ALL song legally. The only legal song are very old one with no copyrights on them, or recent one that the band agreed to distribute for free (like Mister Vallaire, for example)

But sadly, there is nowhere you can get all songs for free...

Legally download free music doesn't exist... otherwise, anyone that sells mulegal free songs for ipodsic would go broke. Every time music is downloaded, the creator of the music loses some money... if the entire world downloaded music for free, the artists would never get paid, and they'd eventually stop making music entirely.
no since the fact of downloading music freely is illegal, so there are no legal free music download sites. 'other commenter beemp3 in its terms and conditions you have to delete the file once you have listened to it.
