I know what you mean, I've been there. YouTube is great, by the way. Ok, getting the audio out is a two-step process. Now, I'm no hacker or programmer or anything, so I can't tell you if there are slick ways to do this. I do know the easy way. First, you need a software to capture streaming video (which obviously also has the audio in it) - you can use windows media recorder, they have an evaluation download - this gives you a .FLV file (FLash Video). So now you need a .FLV to MP3 converter. What do you know! There's a website called www.flv2mp3.com or maybe www.flvtomp3.com. Upload the .FLV file and get the .MP3 file out - put it on your iPod. Slick, eh? Don't answer.

Okay, go to this site ( httrip from youtubep://www.youconvertit.com/OnlineVideo.aspx ). Copy and paste the URL in the specified place, type your email address and pick what format you want the video converted to (probably MP3 for Itunes.)
You will get a link emailed to you. Click it and download it. Then drag the song/file into your Itunes. You will have to type song name and artist once you've got the MP3 in Itunes but the quality is pretty good and its way more simple than it sounds.
